OUR RESEARCH
Our research showed a loss of active return from the old followers and low engagement with the publications in the channels, result of low content construction and insufficient use of the tools of the social media channels.
THE CHALLENGE
Increase the engagement rate to 3% in six months and develop a close relationship with customers through the exchange of information, experience and interaction.
